Foreword



On January 18, 2025, Zhuzhou Zopoise Technology Co., Ltd. successfully held the "2024 Work Summary and 2025 Work Plan Meeting". Mr. Zhong Taibao, Chairman of the Board, Ms. Liu Li, Financial Director, and heads of various departments attended the annual summary meeting.



01 Meeting Opening


The meeting aimed to collectively review the achievements and shortcomings of each department in 2024. Meanwhile, it clarified that the company's annual operational priorities for 2025 will focus on four dimensions: quality improvement, cost control, operational enhancement, and R&D innovation, ensuring the smooth progress of tasks and the achievement of business objectives.



02 2024 Work Report




The meeting centered on the completion of 2024 work indicators and key work plans for 2025. Heads of each department reported on the fulfillment of assessment indicators and key tasks, analyzed the specific causes of indicator gaps and proposed improvement measures. They deeply dissected the current challenges in project operations and outlined initiatives, while comprehensively planning the specific work for 2025.



Mr. Zhong Taibao, the Chairman, delivered a comprehensive summary speech. He highly appraised the hard work of department heads and management teams in 2024. Looking back on the year, the rapid rise of the new energy industry brought enormous opportunities to the company, but the fierce technological innovation competition and increasingly urgent delivery requirements also posed numerous difficulties and severe challenges. Under the firm leadership of the company's management, all employees worked together towards common goals, enabling key tasks to advance in an orderly manner.



03 2025 Work Priorities






1. Quality Improvement



Implement the "1-2-3" quality management model: "one center (customer-centric), two lines (forward line and reverse line), and three basic points". Focus on customer needs as the core, improve systems, processes, and forms as the forward line, and use market feedback, customer complaints, returns, OQC rework, and process defect lessons as the reverse line to continuously improve. Combined with the 2024 "Right the First Time" campaign, strengthen employee quality awareness and training, and implement total quality management.



2. Cost Reduction



Integrate procurement of bulk materials quarterly, establish strategic cooperation with suppliers through effective interaction, and explore cost control and reduction from aspects such as design, component selection, and manufacturability to achieve competitive costs. Internally, consider design, component selection, manufacturability, and product/material standardization in the R&D stage to reduce costs. Manufacturing will improve efficiency and reduce labor costs through automated equipment, new processes, and effective application of IE methods.



3. Rapid Response



Ensure timely response to each order, continuously optimize internal delivery processes to shorten lead times, and maintain effective communication and collaboration among departments to guarantee on-time delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.



4. R&D Innovation



Cultivate an innovative mindset in R&D, strengthen standardization and technical innovation, leverage AI intelligent technology to enhance product performance, and comprehensively consider product practicality and aesthetics to develop more convenient, safe, and reliable charging products, creating better user experiences.



04 Glory Moments




In the past year, all departments demonstrated extraordinary vitality and creativity. Mr. Dong from the R&D Center won the "Best Improvement Award" for optimizing the enterprise WeChat OA project process, making project progress transparent and effectively shortening internal tracking time. Supervisor Tang from the Procurement Center earned the "Best Learning Award" for self-learning professional skills during off-hours, enhancing the professionalism and refinement of procurement operations.



Following the work reports, the annual "Excellent Summary Report Award" was selected via anonymous voting. The R&D Center, Sales Center, and Procurement Center won the first, second, and third prizes respectively. Let's look forward to celebrating these glorious moments!
