Job Responsibilities
1. Organizational arrangements for company level meetings, preparation of meeting minutes, tracking of work items, and motivating execution;
2. Responsible for executing tasks assigned by the Chairman/General Manager, conveying orders from superiors, supervising and tracking feedback work, and managing seals;
3. Responsible for drafting and revising documents related to the Chairman/General Manager, organizing various documents, reports, summaries, and other materials, and supervising, processing, and providing feedback on Chairman's documents.
